The Art of Positive Interaction
This course is eight hours in duration and includes the content from The Art of First Response and adds negotiation skills. The Art of Positive Interaction will provide the means by which ideas and feelings are turned into a believable and effective method of communication. You must be able to read the situation then creatively improvise and adapt your talk techniques to the circumstances. This course is ideal for any supervisor or manager.

Attendees will acquire the skills to:
    Project confidence, competence and credibility by receiving and delivering
    information that is clear, concise, and to the point.

    Perform in high-pressure situations by responding in a controlled manner
    rather than reacting with confusion, anger, fear, frustration, or avoidance.

    Remain focused on the ultimate goal of engaging your audience.

    Understand how to motivate ‘difficult’ people by using negotiation and conflict management skills.
