Through the course of providing services to our clients, Commissionaires may overhear or have access to privileged and confidential information.
Information is deemed privileged and confidential if it is not generally know to the public. Respecting your right to
privacy and confidentiality is an important aspect of our business. We value the trust our clients place in us and have policies in place
to ensure the trust is upheld morally and to the standards of the law.
Each Commissionaire takes an Oath of Allegiance and an Oath of Office and Secrecy which among other things promises to protect people,
property and security of information. Additionally, all Commissionaires who work with Federal clients, sign the Official Secrets Act.
