Governance
The Board of Governors
The Board of Governors exists to ensure that the Corporation achieves its mission and has ultimate accountability for the performance of the entire organization. The Board carries out its mandate in four main ways:
    Provides linkage with the community
    Ensures the provision of explicit governing policies for the Commissionaires
    Ensures quality performance by the Commissionaires
    Ensures that the Commissionaires operates on a sound fiscal basis
The Board of Governors meets twice each year and delegates day-to-day governance matters to its Executive Committee.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is appointed by the Board of Governors at its annual general meeting in May. The Executive Committee meets frequently throughout the year with the Chief Executive Officer to monitor the progress of the Corporation and to act as appropriate for the Board of Governors.

The following are the members of the Executive Committee:

    David Negus - Honorary Solicitor
