You will need to complete the necessary forms, provide the required identification, and provide payment.
Information is as follows:

There are two forms that need to be completed in person at the Commissionaires Office.
An application form, and a Consent form.
Identification:
You will be required to provide two pieces of valid government issued identification including one piece of photo ID,
(Passport, Permanent Resident Card, Driver’s License, Citizen Card, Birth Certificate)
Payment:
The fee Schedule is as follows:
Criminal Record Search Certificate - $30.00 + G.S.T.
Payment can be made by:
Certified Cheque payable to Commissionaires Manitoba Personal Cheque payable to Commissionaires Manitoba Cash or Debit Card (in person) Visa, Mastercard
